Before we begin, let's make sure we're co-creating this experience in full alignment, integrity, and mutual respect.

A quick note on what you're joining: Sassy is your AI strategist — the DIY subscription that gives you her brain on demand, powered by your monthly passwords. It's the gateway, not the group program. (If you're looking for Strategy by Design™, that's the separate 6-month incubator where the methodology and Sassy come together in a guided container. Different offer, different terms.)

By enrolling in Sassy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Access & Usage Terms

Your enrolment grants you individual, non-transferable access to:

  • The Sassy AI strategist bot
  • Passwords (required for continued access)

Important: Sharing your bot access link or password with others is a breach of this agreement and will result in immediate revocation of access, without refund. Sassy is a personalised, energetic container. Protecting her integrity protects everyone inside.

2. Support

For ongoing support, you can reach us at:

3. Platform Requirements

You'll need a ChatGPT Plus account (approx. $20 USD/month) to access the full experience. The free version of ChatGPT may work for basic prompts, but lacks the full functionality required to experience Sassy as intended.

4. Subscription, Refunds & Commitment

Sassy's subscription comes with a minimum commitment of 6 months. Your first six-monthly payments are non-negotiable and form part of your enrolment. After that initial 6-month period, your subscription continues month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time by emailing us at alice@empowered-by-alice.com.

Sassy is an energetic and strategic tool designed for those ready to step into full sovereignty and leadership. For this reason, no refunds are provided after purchase. Your decision to join is a declaration that you're ready to lead your business in alignment.

5. Results Disclaimer

We love the transformations this tool can facilitate, but let's be real:

Results vary based on your energy, effort, and implementation. Sassy offers insights, frameworks, and support, not magic formulas. While many clients experience incredible breakthroughs, we make no guarantees of income, visibility, or specific outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All content provided inside Sassy, including AI prompt libraries, video trainings, templates, and guides, is the intellectual property of Empowered by Alice and may not be reproduced, repackaged, or sold in any form.

You are welcome to use the outputs and strategies within your business, but may not share the bot, trainings, or materials outside of your paid enrolment.
